Our Hunting Services

Only a limited number of clients will be taken each year to maintain the quality and personal attention needed to make your trip truly an unforgettable experience. We will provide you with all equipment, food, lodging, as well as all local logistical support to guarantee an enjoyable hunt to clients using the services of our outfitting business.

Proper field care of all harvested animals is a priority, however shipping and crating of your trophy is not included in the hunt. If you choose not to travel with your trophy, we will arrange shipment through one of our taxidermists. We can arrange firearms for clients who choose not to bring one, however a fee of $75.00 per day will be added to your hunt cost.

All necessary documentation will be mailed to clients prior to their arrival in Canada, ensuring hassle free travel.

Add wolf to any of our fall hunts for a $1,000.00 trophy fee.

Please note: A second wolf can be added at no additional cost, other then the cost of a second tag. ($50.00)

Columbia blacktail deer can be added to any fall hunt for a $1,500.00 trophy fee.

Included in your hunt All of our Vancouver Island hunts are conducted out of one of our two main base camps. All meals, lodging, guides, transportation, skinning, salting or freezing of hides is included.

Additional Costs are licenses, tags, government royalties plus 5% GST, gratuity, transportation of meat and horns, and any additional lodging prior to and after hunt.

Accompanied Non hunter rate is: $200.00 per day.

DEPOSIT & TERMS: Half of the total hunt cost is due at time of booking. Balance owed is due March 1 for all spring hunts, August 1 for all fall hunts and November 1 for all winter hunts. Tags and licenses are also due at this time. All government royalties and trophy fee’s (where applicable) must be paid in cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits are non-refundable unless your dates have been re-booked either by yourself, or the company. All hunters will sign contracts and waivers prior to hunt start.
